- Your Character's Race/Class/Name (Any)
- So, Arcane Missiles of any rank does not shoot one of the charges at 10-20% of a time. (even with Improved Arcane Missiles Rank 5)
I think that is HUGE bug, so, i don't uderstand why it's not fixed yet. Last report was 1 month ago. Zero response.
