Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hi,

I'm currently doing the Cyclonian quest and killing Bloodscalps in Stranglethorn for "Bloodscalp Tusks".
I have 25/30 but no more will drop. I have tried deleting 1 tusk from my bags, after which I can loot 1 more but only 1.
I can never get above 25 so I am stuck.

Can you please help, I have been trying to finish this for hours.

Assuming you don't lose the items, abandon the quest and re-obtain it and see if it lets you pick up more.
