Setting won't save, reverts to default

It started with my macro and interface settings not saving two days ago. It had been working fine up until that point and I am not aware of any major changes to my computer before then (maybe a software update at some point I'm not sure). After I deleted my WDB and my WTF folders like reccomended, the problem persisted and began wiping my video and sound settings as well. As far I can tell, no new WDB or WTF folders have been created inside my install location, and it happens every time I login and select my character. I'm pretty stumped at this point, and it's getting annoying setting everything back up each time I want to play. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

This is caused by wrong file permissions in Windows, so either fix that in the WTF folder, or run the game as Administrator.

Try the rest of the solutions in the sticky thread. Try moving your WoW folder outside of Program Files or (Like Mimma mentions) run WoW as an administrator.
