Have you opened an in-game ticket about this and linked your screenshots?

i did not open a ticket cause gm's they are not helping and get tired but i remember what u said to me last time
u were saying:GMs aren't going to waste their time rectifying such a trivial issue that doesn't explicitly break the Terms of Use. If you don't like what someone else is saying, best solution is to make use of the /ignore feature.
but i wanted to make a point around of this matter that this game is filled with not mature players that want to actually play the game, and no i didnt make a ticket cause i really believe they dont care i made tickets like a similar case and i didnt get any help of themm i think they dont care, so i guess community is helpless, btw i see ur comments everywhere, u reading so much forum?

I like hanging around the support forum and helping others out. I've compiled some nifty guides that help with many error messages people get when either trying to connect/login into WoW or in the game itself based on what I've witnessed and learned since I started playing here.
You bring up a good point but it's not anything that hasn't already been discussed here before. The community isn't helpless. There's an /ignore function and addons (SpamThrottle) for a reason. There are anywhere from 4,000 to 8,000 unique players actively playing on this server every day. It's to be expected that with such a large number of players, there are going to be some immature ones you'll come across and it's unrealistic to expect such a small volunteer staff to actively police each and every one of the players here. If you find someone saying something that is explicitly against the Terms of Use (E.g.: Racism, scamming, staff impersonation, etc.), the staff will act on it. If someone is bypassing your /ignore and hopping on alternate characters to extensively harass you, the staff will act on it.
But if it's a one-off, something trivial like someone angry at you because they lost a loot roll, or you didn't invite them to your party, or you ganked them, or just straight up being obnoxious, it's best to just /ignore the player and move on. There's real problems in the game that adversely affect players and do require GM intervention in order to fix but this process is hampered when GMs are busy responding to tickets saying "This player made fun of my mom, please ban!" I'm not telling you to /ignore them because I'm a careless jerk, I'm telling you to /ignore them because it'll instantly solve your problem and free up others' time to work on more crucial problems. It's all about setting expectations.
