Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Went to sell a Gutripper (Epic BoE) dagger to a player named Reemy on alliance for 17g. He then requested a CoD for the item, in which i had canceled the auction for it and sent it to him. ( I had made absolutely sure i CoD'd it to him) Now it has been 3 days and I have yet to get the CoD gold for it, or the item sent back. Is there anyway to look into this? I dont know if there is anyway to get my item back or not. IGN is Wankrshankr

Mail is the lowest priority for the server to handle, though three days does seem a bit excessive. Someone posted a similar thread the other day in which they said after the server crashed/restarted, they got their CoD gold in their mailbox. Maybe it's just stuck in limbo at the moment?
