Dissapeared quest and cant get it back

I cant get quest [52+]Commander Gor'shak, i complete prequest for that (Disharmony of Flame), i just dont avaliable for that quest ([52+]Commander Gor'shak). Please do smth, because its very important quest line. My lvl is 55 (Deathblader nick name in the game), quest can be started at lvl 52.
