Discrepancy In Rules and Moderation

My guild was called <SIEG HEIL>. We were disbanded because it was deemed to be a racist guild. In actuality we are not really racist, and the name itself is also, in NO way racist. Sieg Heil! translated means Hail Victory! The guild was social and intended to do pvp and premades, hence the name.

According to the official post on the matter, names which include any of the following are prohibited.

Religion, Politics;
Incomprehensible;
Staff member name;
Racism, Ethny, Nationality;
Sexuality, Violence, Drugs;
Harrassment or Diffamation;
Obscenity, Vulgarity, Insults.

Yet many guilds, and countless character names break these rules, often more than one, and are still allowed to exist. <Kush Collective>, <Dank Budz Collective>, <FourTwenty> are just a few of the drug related ones that exist, for example.

The most prominent example I can think of though, that shows this hypocricy in the clearest way, is the existence of the guild <KGB>. For those unaware, the KGB were the secret police force that existed under Joseph Stalin in the USSR. Stalin and his KGB were responsible for the murder, torture, and/or inprisonment of tens of millions of people. Although most of this killing was indiscriminatory, he did target several specific ethnic groups and races, such as The Kalmyks, Chechens, Volga Germans, Krim Tatars, Jews (surprise!), and Ukranians specifically which he genocided in the millions by forced starvation in an event called the Holodomor (translated: hunger-extermination).

Despite <KGB> being an actual political related guild, named after a group that can be factually looked at as racist, violent, and genocidal in their role in history, they are allowed to exist. And they should be, because this is just a game, and people who let themselves get offended by things they hear, especially on the internet or in a video game, have no one but themselves to blame, plain and simple. <SIEG HEIL> was in no way a political guild. It was in no way a racist guild. Those two words and the phrase itself have existed long before WW2 happened, before Hitler was even born, and they will always continue to exist. People before, during, and after WW2 have used this phrase in different ways, for differing reasons.

It is blatant hypocrisy, and a clear abuse of power that my guild was disbanded. It is completely discrepant, as we broke not one rule, while many others are allowed to break these exact same rules with complete impunity.

I humbly ask that I be allowed to restart my guild, and resume recruiting. Most players in this game are adults and are old enough to think for themselves. We don't need carebear policing from (ironically) nazi moderators.

Greetings xwraith,

It only takes a short google images search to see that the guild <SIEG HEIL> is a clear violation of the Terms of Use. You may report any guild names that you feel violate the ToU via in-game ticket.

Regards,
