Wild Steelbloom Bugged Spawn

Decided to farm Wild Steelbloom today in Arathi and to my surprise didnt find one after 40 minutes of running around the usual spots. Other people reported the same thing.
So unless it is a Winter in WoW and flowers dont grow anymore, I think this might be a bug.
Nost team please look into this as Wild Steelbloom is quite a crucial ingridient for various potions.
