Triple box on auto follow

So I was levelling in redridge and I saw this level 17 rogue with a level 60 mage on auto follow and 18 warrior on auto follow doing powerlevelling...

rogue is Callbaba
warrior is Vincentp
mage is abadnews

from guild ''Friends'' (warrior is in neverland)

got a few screenshot of all 3 on auto follow./ I wisp the main acc (the rogue) and his only answer was ''hi'' and' 'chiness'' From 17:30 to 18:00 server time 08/08/2015

Wasn't dualboxing againt nost's rules?

Yes it is, have you tried opening an in-game ticket regarding this and linking all your screenshots for a GM to see?
