hey. i can't make a new home. when i try too talk whit the innkeeper, then i go straight in to the inventory where i can buy food and drinks. but i don't get the option to create a new home.

Do you have any Addons active? Might be a problem with Addons for quick selling or something like that.
Maybe try do de-active all Addons and speak to the innkeeper again.

Log out, disable all addons, log back in, try talking to innkeeper again.

Some addons make it so you skip NPC dialogue and go straight to their inventory/goods.
