Unable to open WoW due to error

Could someone please help me with the following Graphic error msg I get when I try to open the game?
"World of Warcraft was unable to start up 3D acceleration. Please make sure DirectX 9.0c is installed and your video drivers are up-to-date."

I've re-installed and it still doesnt work :\

What kind of video card do you have? You may have to check the manufacturer's website and see if there are newer drivers for it.
