if i create second acc, just for my gold/reagents from main acc, i dont have a ban lol?

So long as you follow the rules and do not log into both at the same except to do crafting/trading items, then you wont be banned, do ANYTHING else and you risk losing both accounts. That means dont even think about having that high level toon follow your lowbie on the other account to boost it.

Registering two accounts is fine provided you don't use them to multibox. Read up on what multiboxing is in the Terms of Use.
