How do I submit a bug about loot?

Is it even possible for dev team to correct an issue due to loot disspearing after a boss kill from a server rollback? My group cleared SM Arm, herods shoulder dropped, and as we started Cathedral, the server reset, and we were all back in herods room, minus the shoulders which were no longer in my character (Holytower)'s inventory.


The bug tracker doesnt seem to have loot in it as an issue. I dont know if its even possible to get this loot again.

If loot was lost due to a server crash/rollback, it's not considered a bug, it's just a really unlucky situation. The staff only restores gear based on a select criteria found within the terms of use. Has to be epic gear and the leader must provide screenshots of the raid, list the full raid roster, who the gear was suppose to go to, and the raid ID.
