Server Crashed, lost gear

Server crashed around 5:30 am i believe. My group had killed hydrospawn and Zevrim. When the game back up we were in the room right before Hydrospawn, the boss was dead and I didn't have the necklace that i won.

As stated in the Terms of Use, staff only restores epic-quality raid loot with provided proof.
