Question about mobtagging

I would like to have 2 questions about mob tagging:

1: Can my lvl 60 friend (with his own separate account) boost me via mob tagging

2: if my sister will start to play wow can i boost her with my lvl 60 (via mob tagging) if we are behind the same NAT network ( i dont know that will look like im boosting myself or not) because she will use her own laptop so the server will see that there will be 2 connection from the same IP but different port number so.

Yes and Yes.

The important point here is that in both cases you must be two persons playing one character each.
You should at no time do a /follow on each other - that could be enough to trigger a ban.
