Beast deck lost when I turn the quest in

The Beast Deck was lost when I turned it in around midnight(2015-08-10).
Here are the screenshots about that, you can see it from the screenshots that I did complete the quest but i didnt receive anything.

Someone else has the same issue too,

I red the term of item refunds about the epic raid items, this one is a little different,
but it still can be refunded, right?
