How long to post on forums?

A couple hours ago I attempted to post a question on the "General Discussion" board and it alerted me that an admin would have to approve of my post before posting....does it usually take 2 hours+?

Approving a post is something that must be done by a staff member, and it's not guaranteed that any of all the staff members is online every hour of every day of every week of every month of every year.

Depends on whether there is staff with sufficient permission to approve posts online. Can take anywhere from a couple of minutes to a few hours depending on the time and region.
