Greetings, my account has been pending for several days now and I'am currently stuck leveling one of my characters due to this issue and I would like to report it as fast as possible.

Have you checked your spam folder for the confirmation e-mail? I got mine almost immediately.
Did you try registering an account using a Gmail address? I've heard that has the best success of registering.

Yet another quest found that even has quest mobs unavailable ingame, but account still pending.
