Account or connection issues

I've been trying to reach out for some help with my account.

Noone is helping me.

I've tried to reset my password on my account. And it won't work, SOMEONE IS ON MY ACCOUNT

I don't know what to do and this is just not fair.

Every time I do "forgot password" it says "an email has already been sent to this email"

I click reset password link and put new password and it does NOTHING.

Can i PLEASE get some GM support this is just crazy.

Hello there, Acedeep187!

I regret to inform you of this, but the Nostalrius staff is very vocal about your account security your own responsibility. However, this is peculiar to me, seeing as you cannot change the E-mail associated with an account, very effectively meaning that you're probably checking the wrong E-mail account, or you put in the wrong information when making the account, as no activation is required in the process of account creation. Are you absolutely certain that the E-mail you're checking for the password reset is the correct one? If not, you might find the solution there.

However, this is a little different if your account has been hijacked; In the case of a hacked account, you'll want to give the Devs your account information via a PM.

NOTE: Do not post sensistive information such as your account's username or password in this forum. Send it as a private message to one of the Devs with clear information about the state of your account.
