Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

So today was my first time registering for the account. But when I entered the info, it said Account Creation Limit reached. I've never created an account with Nostalrius before...Any ideas as to why this happens?

There's a three accounts registered per IP limit. The IP you're trying to register from is already associated with three or more registered accounts.

Try any of the following:
Google how to reset your modem/router's IP (/release /renew).
Register from a mobile device like a phone or tablet.
Register from another computer, like a friend's, coworker's, or from work or a public place like a library.
Register using a VPN program/service.
