Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Okay, so I was doing a quest and the boss had mindcontrol. He cast it on me while i was shapeshifted and now I'm stuck in my cat form. I can't shapeshift out, can't talk to npc's, have tried killing my character, have restarted wow and deleted wdb folder, nothing works. So, what i need help with is a gamemaster transforming me out or something. Please help!

Log out (not alt-f4) and it fixes it. It's a server bug that's been around since release.
