can't log in after server crashed

Hi after a server crash, i am unable to log in, when i try it says "Disconnected from server" and now it is about 3-4 hours since the server crashed. I've tried everything on the forum. I've tried to remove the WFT folder and log in no help I've tried to replace it didn't help I've tried to change my realm list and it didn't happened either I've tried to use the Esc button when i try to log in then i can change server but when ill set it to Us pvp normal or what so ever it disconnect me again now i am logged in and standing on the nostalrius begins server and it just stop loading at connected.. I can log into other account's but my friends can't log into my account from other computers or any other Ip address To day it is Aug 14 2015 and i really hope you guys can help me so i can keep playing on the most awesome private server! ty

My guildie has exact same problem. We've spent hours going through everything. The account cannot be signed on to from any computer with any settings.

Going through the same thing. Haven't been able to log in since the crash. Hope it gets sorted.

To follow up, my guildies account is not banned..was checked by GM. she can sign on to test realms and the account can be signed on to test realms from other computers. The account cannot be signed in to game from anywhere.

I have applied a quick fix, please test and if you still cannot login then I will escalate this case.

Bump. referring people with similar issues to this one thread for now. If a reset doesnt work, we can see what the commonalities are between those affected. SP's and run a tracert.

Got disconnected, now can't log in for over half an hour.
