How do i report bugs?

Ok, how does this work? I read the sticky thread,tried to register for the bug tracker but no email ever comes,i tried it with two different addresses. When I try and click the bug tracker anyway it tells me I dont have a private connection? Wtf does that mean? This has been a mess. I cant get the escort quest from Taelen Fordring after finishing scarlet subterfuge. Thank you for any help

There is no email, just wait a few days and it will activate.

Also as for your quest problem, you need proof, they'll just label it as invalid if you make one without it, in addition the bug needs to be repeatable.
