Possible char name change?

Hi GM team,

I was wondering if it possible to do a name change on one of my characters?

Account name is binhtquang; character in question is Juneyy (shaman). I'd like to swap the name Jaellan (my druid) to the shaman.
I will then delete the Druid character.

Staff doesn't offer name changes unless the name is considered offensive.
