Connection Issues on PC

There is a problem when i try to sign in on my PC but on my laptop, it works perfectly! Is there any chance you guys could help me with that? I really want to get this working asap so i can DING DING DING!

What exactly happens when you try to login/connect? Are you getting any kind of error? If so, what's the error message? What screens do you see when trying to connect/login?
