The Player Biggee is disrupting questing of lower levels by polymoprhing mobs so they heal to full, frost-novaing pulled mobs next to players and other things to get ppl killed and stop them from leveling. I tried to talk to him but he obviously is doing this on purpose.

Kind of funny if you ask me. Unless he's following you around for hours I don't think this is really a report-able issue?
