Shadow bolt problem

I've a problem, and i didn't post in the bugtracker because it's personnal, i asked some other players and they don't touch them.
I was in BRD, when suddenly, my spell Shadow Bolt, wich cast in 2.0 secs normaly, with my talent bane, cast now in 2.5 s.
I tryed to delete cache, and to play with an other PC, but the bug's still here.
Could you help me?
