Hello GM,

due to the unannounced server restart it was not possible for us to assign the loot of our onyxia kill. Seconds after we killed Onyxia the server went down, without prior warning. After we were able to log in again, the corpse of Onyxia was gone, and we had already been assigned an ID.
Had there been an announcement beforehand, we would have refrained from killing her. Since this was not the case, it was not predictable in any way.
We'd like you to assign the loot to the intended people.

Below you will find a list of the players to which the loot should have been assigned, as well as the recorded raid on RaidStats, screenshots of the loot and the assigned ID.

they will only restore loot if you already assigned it to people ingame

Really would like to have GM feedback on this.

An admin gave feedback on a similar situation as this with another guild already. Loot isn't restored unless it's already been distributed to the players.

This is ridiculous. Restarting the server unnanounced on a wednesday evening, after ID reset, during prime raid time and then not even doing anything about the mess it causes?

If they have the required proof, I don't understand why it can't be restored... Should be fairly simple to make sure they aren't trying to pull a duplication scam or anything like that...

It is not okey for me, the items need to be replaced to the Players because there was NO Server Message for restart. It was not our fault, but that of GM's.
And it was not the first time that there was no server message....

You just need to get all the lvl 25s being ganked to speak up about this issue as well.
