Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hey i have a realy annoying bug.

Whenever i click on anything in nostalrius wow i have to click it 1-5 times for it to activate.

That includes menu, vendors, ground hotbar, everything in fact.

I have tryed to install it on another laptop and its the same problem.
My friends dont have this issue.

Anyone know a fix to this? The game is almost unplayable for me

Make sure all your addons are disabled.

I only have 1 addon and that is Questie. i have tryed to disable it but it wont help.
Before i had the addon i had the same bug.

i installed nostalrius some days ago and the bug have been there from the start
