[37+] Extinguishing the Idol - Completion Bug

Hi, I completed the quest [37+] Extinguishing the Idol, and after completion there is supposed to be a brazier that spawns to give the quest reward, a blue ring. The quest bugged for the whole group, and has bugged for one of my friends before in the same way. I was wondering if I could be given the reward for this quest, as it is completed and I can provide a screenshot as proof if necessary.

I see the bug is still present, is there a way to be given the rewards or wait until it has been patched?
