Can't connect

I tried to connect to the "Test Server" to see what it was and now when I log in it just disconnects me from server and I cannot log in.

i was able to play the past few days but around 2pm ET it wont allow me to connect, it says connecting for about 10 seconds until it says ive disconnected. ive tried various troubleshoot methods but none work.

are login servers down?
