Hey viper, i've been trying to pm you but apparently newly registerd arent allowed to do so. please unlock this feature for me so that we can talk, i rather not create a thread where ppl can rant on me.

There are some base requirements for sending private messages that unfortunately apply to everyone when they register a new account. Further more, asking for a specific staff member is not the best way to go about, whatever your issue or enquiry may be. It is both inefficient and unfair, unless you were specifically asked to do so.

I would recommend you go through the regular support channels (in-game ticket, support forum) instead.
