Hello, for some reason my account have benn banned due to gold buy. but this is not right.
I asked a friend later this week for some gold. and he promissed me to sent it to me by in game mail option. and now it looks like my account have been closed because of that.

If you read the GM's response you'll know it's permanent. Keywords/sentences:

it's not against the rules to send money to friend, so the made a mistake. and my account will be unbanned again

No, but if your friend bought the gold, then both your friend and you will be banned.
Your ban is permanent (as the GM wrote).
