Unable to buy BoE mount while exalted.

He is human but is Darnassus exalted and has a tiger mount himself, but is unable to buy the BoE version of the mount that was added today, this applies to both the black and white old tiger, he got the same error message from the vendor "Requires PLAYER Night Elf - Exalted"
I made a ticket ingame and talked to gm, we've tried deleting WDB and was told by GM to report it as it is a bug.
