AV quest for Korrak

The quest to kill korrak and have the option to get the bloodseeker bow disapeared and i was offered the second follow up quest to get his skull.... would really appreciate a response and some work to be done on this with an item that is so dear to my character

Experiencing the same issue on my character as well. The quest was for some reason removed from my quest log without warning, and now the follow up quest is the only one that is available.
