Cry for Help!

Hiya,

I was happily playing yesterday eve and got a dc. not the first time so I thought OK I'll be able to log back in a couple of mins.

Next day and still no success. All differnt warnings from cannot log in to banned. I tried to log in through the website and it says incorrect credentials and I tried to reset my password and it tells me my account was used recently.

I am guessing maybe I have been hacked but I have no way to find out for sure. I tried the bits in the read before posting topic, deleting WTF etc. but to no avail.....

What can I do?

If you're logging in too many times unsuccessfully in the game, you will eventually get the "this account has been closed" (Banned) error. If you're getting "bad credentials" on the website, that could possibly confirm you're using the wrong password. The reset password function won't work unless the account's been inactive (Not played) for ten days. Try really hard to remember your password or just wait ten days for the password reset to kick in.
