Magatha's Payment to Jediga Quest - Bug

After handing in the quest "Delivery to Magatha" in Thunder Bluff the next quest I should receive is "Magatha's Payment to Jediga", however, the quest is not acceptable at level 50 even though it should be acceptable from level 45 from what I've seen.

Can this be fixed?
