Mini map herb/mining bug

Hello i have a bug that is kidda funny but in the same time really annoying. I constantly see on my minimap herbs / veins that are actually not on the sport that minimap is showing and they are really random like dreamfoil in org or fedeleaf and kingsblood in barrens can you do someting about it . i cleared all of my addons so its not that what can you do about it ?

well lies the herbs and vins are there they just fly over the map so no one can gather them can you fix that aswell remove ghostmushroom from Durotar air space ?

This is a MAJOR bug at the moment happening all over. This should be a top priority to fix considering alot of herbs do not spawn properly.

I was also surprised by all the mithril nodes in Barrens according to the minimap.
