Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I have had no problem connecting to the server until about a few days ago. I reconfigured the WTF folder, deleted it, checked the realmlist, and reinstalled the game. I dont think I am even getting through to the login server. I type in my password and username perfectly and I just get CONNECTING.......and then DISCONNECTED. There is no in between i dont see the list of realms or my char list. How do I fix this. Ive just about tried everything on the forums and I dont know what to do at this point.

Have you tried connecting repeatedly, like upwards of 10 to 20 times in a row? The admins made some changes to their DDoS protection a few weeks back and said some people may have to log in repeatedly in order to get through because of the security changes.

that didnt work. should i use the wow repair tool maybe? I know 100% that I dont haave corrupted files because ive been following the connection forum to the T. what do i do? the logging in a bunch of times didnt help.

just recently tried to log into another account that i made....didnt work either. Also tried using VPN (maybe my internet connection wasnt cutting it) still didnt work. wtf do i do. i just wanna play wow damnit!

I'm having this same issue. I go to log in, make sure my username and password is correct and then see that I am 'Connecting' only to be 'Disconnected from server' some moments later. I had no problems connecting while I played at home, but now I am at my University and cannot connect at all to the server. Other online video games do work, so I don't know why I cannot connect to only this game.
