BUG: Improved Drain Soul talent does not give mana reg

"In addition your mana may continue to regenerate while casting at 50% of normal"
This is not the case. I was spamming corruption to test and I was not regenerating any mana until I stopped casting for a few seconds.
Please fix! Thank you.
