Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

A couple of days back there was a server crash.

I was on my way to hand in the letter dropped from "The Defias Messenger" and get on with my quest.
Unfortunately the server crashed and when I logged back in, the quest and the letter was gone.

I didn't notice at first, but now they are gone, both from my questlog and my inventory.
I cannot get the quest one more time (I guess it looks like I've completed in some sort of serverlog).

I would really like to complete this quest chain, so could anybody help me fix this?

Have you tried opening an in-game ticket for this?

Yup, got a reply that said I should look elsewhere for game problems since no one would answer the ticket.

Nvm it's fixed. Don't know how
