In game latency Extremely high , only in Nostalrius server

my latency is 24ms download upload all good, i logged in into other games , ALso Retail wow
and everywhere latency is fine, its only here and its crazy from 3000ms letancy to 8000ms unplayable
i have dynamic ip , i restarted router many times also pc , and cleaned files checked for downloads updates etc,
Retail wow latency being 150ms which is fine for summer im my home and nostalrius only today being like this , yesterday was fine
connecting via europe normal ingame latency around 80ms
