So I live with my girl friend and my brother and we use the same internet and three laptops but every time they go to make an account it says max limit of accounts, how can we go about making them an account?

Create one from another computer (another internet connection), or even your smart phone.

It is only the creation of accounts which is restricted to two (?) per IP. You can still play multiple accounts from same IP as long it is also multiple players playing.

Like Mimma said, just register from another location: friend's, family's, coworker's computer, a computer in a restaurant or library, or from a tablet or smartphone with a wireless internet connection.

Or if you're savvy enough, Google how to reset your modem/router's IP address.
