Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hey,
Did Battel of Hillsbrad Elite and Elixer of Agony.
Turned them in and got followupquests, accepted them and then it said not eligebel.
So now I dont have them and the NPCs are gray for new quests.
Is this a bug, or was it a bug beacuse Im only level 27 and I shoulldent be able to take them?
Now Im stuck here with no quests to do.
Appriciate a fast ansver.
