Bug: Curse of recklessness

The interaction of curse of recklessness with fear is not working properly at all.
If the target is affected by CoR and then you fear; the target correctly remains actively attacking its adversary.
This is correct, however, the fear debuff is still applied to the target. Despite having the fear debuff, if you cast a new curse to remove CoR it will continue to attack while feared. So this is not working correctly.
If the target is affected by fear and then you cast CoR; the target remains feared for the full duration.
This is incorrect, the target should break the fear and resume attacking the adversary. This makes using fear as CC during PVE a lot less effective.
