Bug: Curse of recklessness

The interaction of curse of recklessness with fear is not working properly at all.

If the target is affected by CoR and then you fear; the target correctly remains actively attacking its adversary.
This is correct, however, the fear debuff is still applied to the target. Despite having the fear debuff, if you cast a new curse to remove CoR it will continue to attack while feared. So this is not working correctly.

If the target is affected by fear and then you cast CoR; the target remains feared for the full duration.
This is incorrect, the target should break the fear and resume attacking the adversary. This makes using fear as CC during PVE a lot less effective.

Sorry for not posting in bugtracker - I made an account but I am still waiting on the verification e-mail...

After further research it appears I may have been wrong about CoR wiping the fear debuff, but the point still stands that alternating between CoR and another curse while the mob is under the effect of fear should cause it to alternate between fleeing and fighting, which is not currently the case.

2nd this bug. A better explanation would be that CoR is only affecting the 'low HP fleeing' part. And just weirdly working as described above when using Fear>CoR // CoR>Fear.

It's quite annoying because fear juggling a mob in desperate times seperates the manly warlocks from the boys in green.
