Mail system not working right

Thank you for creating and maintaining such a wonderful server!

I have discovered some issues with the mail system. Namely, when I send items to my wife's toons, I'm charged for the postage, the items are removed from my inventory, and all seems well. She never gets the items and they are not returned to me. I'm spelling her name exactly as it appears. Is this issue known? thx

Mail is literally the lowest service on the server's priority list. Some people have reported mail taking several minutes and up to an hour or so to arrive after it's been sent. I think there's even been a few reports of people not getting stuff until the next server restart. How long has your wife been waiting for the items? It may take a while to arrive.

First, we assigned different priorities to the different tasks the server has to do:

• Spells and movement server: top priority
• Chat server: medium priority
• Creatures/pets AI: medium priority
• Items/AH server: low priority
• Characters loading and mail server: lowest priority
