Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

When I'm changing my camera the movement is incredibly sped up and often times will fly up or down, have toyed with wow/mouse settings and can not seem to fix it. I've installed the proper updated mouse drivers as well. Any suggestions?
