Hearthstone lost

Hey, i dont know why/how, but there is no Hearthstone in my bags anymore.

I tried following solutions:

-talk to several Inkeeper and made my home there successfully, but didnt get a Hearhstone for this
-deleted WBD folder-> nothing changed

I don't know what to do, so I would really appreciate if someone could help me.

Use unstuck instead of hearthstone for now and contact a GM about it, since innkeepers are supposed to retrieve lost hearthstones.

To contact gm in game click the red question mark -> Stuck -> Still Stuck

Innkeeper's actually sell hearthstones... FYI.
