Do they remove your characters if you're inactive too long? Also seem one of my chars are now horde ;s Could a GM pm me.

Staff does not delete characters under any circumstances. Make sure you're logging into the right account that has your characters.

To verify what accounts you've logged in on your computer and what characters are under said accounts, follow the steps in the sticky thread:

Browse to World of Warcraft Classic\WTF\Account folder to see all your accounts. Open each account folder up and open the "Nostalrius Begins" folder to see all you character names folders.

Yeah, problem is I did a fresh install of windows ; and I think I used a boogos mail for my first account? Guess I'm kinda f'd ;S Have info to prove its my account ; just need the username - I know the password. Kind of odd tho because I'm pretty sure it was the other way around, that this account I got access to now was the one with my main char on, because I was trying to retrieve one where I used a random mail on since it had a nickname I wanted to use on the main, retrieved it and deleted. Now I log in and there no chars ;S

No staff can help me with this?
