Completed last q - set them ablaze! but Hoard of the Black Dragonflight didnt spawn, im waited a lot.

The same thing happened to me and I just went somewhere else (and logged off for the night). I came back the next day, and it was there. No Molt, though. =(

Happened to me. I just re-logged beside the chest, and it let me loot it.
